Carl was born in Victoria, British Columbia, where he started his career in the automotive industry in 2000. He relocated to Alberta in 2003 and spent most of his career in automotive management at franchise dealerships.

As a 2015 graduate of the National Automobile Dealers Association University in Washington, DC (General Dealership Management), Carl built a deep understanding of the industry and a large network of dealerships across North America.

His passion for helping clients led him to found Driven Motors in 2018. Since then the company has grown into one of Western Canada's busiest automotive brokerages, helping thousands of clients sell their vehicles for more money.

Shaun was born and raised in central Alberta and started in vehicle sales in Red Deer in 2009. Since then he has been a General Sales Manager at franchise domestic and import stores, as well as specialty second-chance credit, before moving to Driven Motors.

He knows what sellers actually need, which is how he keeps transactions simple and easy for every client. Outside work, Shaun spends his time with his wife and daughter, gets to the mountains as often as he can, and enjoys a round of golf.

Shane was born in Victoria, British Columbia and moved to Calgary in 2016, where he started his career in the automotive industry. He moved from sales into sales management within a few short years and worked with a range of manufacturers on both the new and pre-owned sides of the business.

Shane joined Driven Motors as its first District Manager in 2019 and has been a cornerstone of the Calgary market ever since, consistently bringing dealers strong vehicle values.

Sam began his career in the automotive industry, where his passion for vehicles and commitment to customer satisfaction quickly set him apart. Throughout his career in automotive sales, he has developed a strong understanding of the vehicle market, working with a wide range of makes and models across new and pre-owned vehicles. His dedication to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional value has made him a trusted resource for his clients and industry partners.

Sam joined Driven Motors as part of their growing team, focusing on vehicle acquisitions and wholesale operations. With a keen eye for quality vehicles and a deep understanding of market values, he plays an important role in sourcing and securing the right inventory for businesses. Rovi was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 2011, proudly calling Calgary home ever since. With over 15 years of customer service experience, Rovi has a strong foundation in understanding people, delivering great service and building lasting relationships.

Known for a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a people-first mindset. Outside work, Rovi enjoys the outdoors, travelling and staying active through sports.
